Our Sunnybank Hills project is completed just in time for Christmas!

Designed and landscaped 30 years ago when the house was constructed and having copies of the original hand drawn design still at hand, we had the pleasure of bringing this 90s home back to now!

The biggest concern that forced the hands of the owners, was the terracotta tiles coming loose and creating a number of dangerous trip hazards and unstable surfaces to walk on. So with every weekend for about 8 weeks, the clients held working bees and removed every single terracotta tile and filled numerous bins in the process, readying the property for us to commence work.

The Pool Tile Company supplied over 500m of silver travertine and bullnose pavers for the project and Stone and Rock supplied the cobble for the driveways.

A mammoth effort from the boys to lay, cut in, grout and caulk all areas around this massive property in just 6 weeks. Couldn’t be more proud of the way everyone knuckled down and just got the job done.

Queensland Family Pools worked tirelessly to not only install the pool edge, waterline tiles and water feature but to renovate and redo the pebblecrete inside this monster of a pool which is over 2.4m deep in the middle!

Western Landscape Supplies were sensational throughout the entire build, supplying sand and cement for the paving and finally the soil and mulch for the gardens.

The team from Allenview Turf came in and not only supplied a great batch of Wintergreen but installed it all in a couple of hours. It's taken perfectly to the backyard ever since the install and has certainly been the icing on the cakes as it makes for a beautiful nice, green contrast to the masses of paving.

JL Tree Services assisted with tree and stump removal on this one as well.

The old Lily Pilly hedges and overgrown gardens made it impossible to plants and cultivate the garden beds, so the team kindly removed everything for us in tights and difficult conditions but got the job done with ease yet again.

Definitely the best in the business!
